  • My experience as a civilian employee of the US Air Force has given me insight into the unique challenges that military members, veterans, and their families face. I'd be honored to support you, too.

  • These common but stigmatized issues can leave many people feeling alone. I'm here to offer a listening ear and supportive space for you to process your experiences.
